Imagineers Program
Engaging students in STEAM begins with capturing their interest. A-SI seeks to raise awareness by bringing STEAM professionals into classrooms. Many of these professionals, who are minorities and/or women, will act as inspirational role models. They will guide students through hands-on STEAM activities, stimulating excitement and curiosity.
Interactive speaking panel
Delve into the worlds of science, technology, engineering, arts and math as our STEAM Speakers uncover new possibilities. By sharing tales of invention, experimentation and achievement, they inspire the next generation of STEAM leaders.
Hands-on activities
"In our interactive workshops, the kids were fully immersed in hands-on learning, guided by experienced educators and STEM professionals. We covered a range of topics, from robotics and coding to environmental science and engineering challenges. The students worked together in teams, solving real-world problems that encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Our goal was to introduce engineering concepts in a way that's not only educational but also fun and engaging, ensuring that every student felt included and inspired."
25+ Videos
Each weekly schedule consists of video learning activities. Your child will learn about basic principles of astronomy, physics, earth science, and more.
Creative learning through making and moving
The goal was to expose the youth to engineering concepts but make it fun and engaging. Jules Tam knows from events that he conducted in years prior, that building a bridge by getting to know the students on a personal level, can help with learning and expanding access to students who may not receive this type of exposure.
